Term2Cal (term2cal.com) is operated by an independent developer. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Term2Cal converts a timetable or work schedule (uploaded as a PDF, JPG, or PNG, or entered manually) into a universal calendar (.ics) file. No account is required to use the core feature.
Automated parsing is not perfect. You are responsible for reviewing every recognized event — names, times, locations, and dates — before importing the file into your calendar app.
Downloading the finished calendar file costs $1.99, charged once per download through our payment processor, Creem. There is no subscription or recurring charge for this feature.
Because the file is generated and delivered immediately after payment, all sales are final. If your payment succeeded but you did not receive a working download due to a technical error on our end, contact support@term2cal.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.

The Term2Cal website, its design, and its code are owned by its operator. You retain all rights to the schedule data you upload or enter — we don't claim ownership of it, and as explained in our Privacy Policy, we don't store it.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recognized events will be fully accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Term2Cal's operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including missed events caused by parsing errors you didn't catch during review.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
